It may not tickle your fancy like it did ours, but RMR's 'Rascal' viral hit brings a new meaning to 'tear jerker' in a hood sense LOL.
Country Trap At It's Finest
Although the visuals look intimidating, and the lyrics will likely face scrutiny by law enforcement, RMR's "Rascal" is quite beautiful. We genuinely expected a "dirty" baseline drop, but got a stream of tears instead, but how on earth? LOL! - see posts below.
We only know a little about this mysterious character RMR - RuMoR - but we can confirm that "YES" we're down with the Country Trap genre, and his artistic direction. The introduction opens with a brilliant A Capella of Rascal Flatts' "These Days", later transitioning into a piano rendition of another Rascal Flatts track "Bless The Broken Road".
Lord knows why we think the song sounds "weirdly" wonderful especially with "plug" references - drug links - and scamming h*es LOL. It's definitely in a league of it's own, and don't bother compare Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road" to it. His epic viral hit was safe, very safe, unless you think lyrics like "F*ck the boys in blue/F*ck 'em all" is deemed positive.
Rascal Flatt Bless The Broken Road
Don't hold your breath if you have any expectations for RMR to perform "Rascal" on the Ellen Degeneres Show. We have no doubts that this will go viral however, it clearly doesn't make the cut for prime MSM television, or radio networks.
What do you think of this RMR's "Rascal", and can it do well in the charts as it's available to stream? Feel free to share your comments, like, and share.
