When creating a Tanizzle account the standard way - without a third-party service such as Facebook - we require your first name, and email address for communications, and password for account integrity purposes. We also require your sexual identity and location however, you don't have to specify them by selecting prefer not to say, or the other select menu options.
It's mandatory to provide your date of birth for content restrictions purposes, and to satisfy certain laws that may apply to you depending on your jurisdiction. Learn why children under 13 aren't allowed accounts .
When creating a Tanizzle account with Facebook - we obtain your basic public profile which includes all your publicly available information, and your Facebook ID. You have the right to deny any permissions requested, but the account will not be created without an email address. You will not be prompted for a password, and have the option of adding one later in your settings panel to enhance your account security - encouraged for account recovery purposes.
When signing into Tanizzle the standard way we require an username or email address, and a password. If you can't remember your password, and don't have access to the email address affiliated with your account, you will not be able to pursue account recovery at this time.
When signing into Tanizzle with Facebook we don't require any information from you as we know who you are. Please be aware that by clicking the button with the text "sign in with Facebook" creates an account with us if you haven't prior - the button implies a direct action, and we assume that you're happy to continue with that intent.

Tanizzle will try to respond to all messages, but in most cases users will receive an automated message.
