One of the UK's most inspiring and successful rappers, Chip, released a London to New York crossover with 'Lumidee', featuring Young Adz and Young MA.
Will Chip Ever Run Out of Bars? He Surely Never Disappoints
No doubt a GOAT! As the story goes, "Chip will never run out of bars" and we strongly believe it, as the British rapper (30) releases "Lumidee" featuring Young Adz and Young M.A.
The track, which samples the 2003 single "Broken Silence" by the legendary garage and hip hop collective, So Solid Crew, offers an upbeat vibe, nonetheless, very hard-hitting.
The video shows Chip and Young Adz rapping in a London apartment surrounded by spectacular women, whilst the "Dripset" rapper, Young M.A, performed in New York similarly.
No Games But Snakes and Ladders
Chip, who recently featured on Bugzy Malone's "Notorious", a boasty "riddim" that cemented the pair's friendship further after past feuds, isn't fooling around in early 2021.
The rapper, whose real name is Jahmaal Noel Fyffe, is set to feature "Lumidee" on his impending mixtape, "Snakes & Ladders" (expected on 29th January), announced last year.
His forthcoming mixtape, is the follow up from his joint collaboration with the "Shutdown" rapper, Skepta, and one third of D-Block Europe, Young Adz.
Although the tracklist for "Snakes & Ladders" hasn't been released, Chip's "Ignite", which featured Grime icons Dizzee Rascal and JME, will possibly feature.
Until then, we can only speculate what's to come, but we can appreciate Chip for his undoubtable graft in the British music industry.
Oh and Stormzy (for whom we have no issue with), still hasn't replied to "Flowers". LOL! hashtag just saying.
