By subscribing to, using, or ordering the services provided by Tanizzle (the "Services") as described in these Terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us (the "Agreement"). You accept this Agreement by creating a Tanizzle Account ("Account"), by utilising the Services, or by continuing to use the Services after being notified (via "Subscriber Bulletins") of any changes to these Terms, our privacy policy ("Tanizzle Privacy Policy", "Privacy Policy", or "Policy"), and Tanizzle AI Policy ("Tanizzle AI Policy" or "AI Policy"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access Tanizzle, and you must leave the Site immediately.
At Tanizzle, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with how we collect and handle the information and data we gather from you and your devices, which we refer to as "Gold." To gain a comprehensive understanding of the collection, usage, and sharing of your data, please review our detailed Tanizzle Privacy Policy and Tanizzle AI Policy. These policies outline the steps we take to safeguard your digital information and how we use it.
If you are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Tanizzle is dedicated to remaining a free platform for its users. We understand that advertising is an essential aspect of our industry, particularly for websites like ours. While we strive to provide the best user experience, please be aware that exposure to advertising, which we refer to as "desirable impressions," is an integral part of our service. Given the nature of online publishing, both on and off the Tanizzle Universe, encountering advertising is not optional and cannot be avoided.
At Tanizzle, we believe in clear communication and want to ensure that you understand the specific terms and concepts used throughout our platform. Below, we provide definitions for key terms and phrases, helping you navigate your Tanizzle experience.
To access any part of Tanizzle, users must meet specific age requirements, which vary by jurisdiction:
If a user is under the age of 18 (referred to as the "Best Age of Consent") and wishes to use Tanizzle, parental or legal guardian consent (referred to as the "Responsible Guardian") is mandatory. The Responsible Guardian must review and accept Tanizzle's Terms and Policy on behalf of the minor.
Consent will be presumed if the user is aged between 16 and the Best Age of Consent when creating an account. However, Tanizzle will subject the Tanizzle Account to scrutiny and apply Tanizzle Gated Age-Limit Restrictions. Users under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from creating a Tanizzle Account without the explicit authorization of a Responsible Guardian.

5.1. Qualifying Visit Age Requirement: Before users consider creating a Tanizzle Account, they must meet the Qualifying Visit Age requirement. We have restrictions on accounts for children under the age of 13 for their protection. For more information on why children under 13 aren't allowed to create accounts, please refer to our Policy.
5.2. Accuracy of Personal Information (Gold): Personal information, which we affectionately refer to as "Gold," must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date when you Subscribe to Tanizzle. Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information will result in the immediate termination of the violating Tanizzle Account. Please be aware that we process, store, and protect your Gold in accordance with our Tanizzle Privacy Policy.
5.3. Responsibility for Account Security: By using Tanizzle, you agree to take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tanizzle Account and password. This responsibility extends to restricting access to your device and other account identifiers of your choosing. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your Tanizzle Account. If you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must promptly notify us.
5.4. Our Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate Tanizzle Accounts, edit or remove Content, and modify Tanizzle Usernames at our sole discretion. In the event that a Friend loses access to their account, we may restrict the recovery of Tanizzle Accounts if access to the associated email provider is limited. However, we understand that mistakes can occur, and in such cases, Tanizzle will conduct a thorough investigation and make reasonable efforts to verify a user's affiliation with us.
Friends have the option to terminate their Tanizzle Account either through Tanizzle Friend Hub or by reaching out to us directly. When a Tanizzle Account is deleted, we do not retain any of your Gold (personal information), and you will no longer receive communications from us. The Standard Account Termination Procedure is accessible under the Security panel via the Tanizzle Friend Hub (AKA Tanizzle User Settings).
What occurs with unclaimed Tanizzle Splokens (often referred to as Splokens) and other perks such as Tanizzle Rewards and Prizes (TRPs) earned through Tanizzle Quests and Competitions (TQCs) that remain untouched? Tanizzle maintains exclusive ownership of Splokens, the official Tanizzle Digital Coin, and users do not possess the entitlement to claim ownership of Splokens unless explicitly specified otherwise. Concerning TRPs, users cannot request benefits if their Tanizzle Account is deleted. By establishing a Tanizzle Account, you implicitly consent to these terms.
While a Tanizzle Username is optional, there are some important guidelines to follow:
We want to clarify that Tanizzle takes no responsibility for usernames that may be deemed harmful but are within legal boundaries. We encourage users to report any content that is considered harmful but still legal through our contact form. While the action may be unlikely, we will consider taking appropriate measures.
It's important to note that Friends are not owners of Tanizzle Usernames. We provide users with the option to set or create a Tanizzle Username while using our platform. By using Tanizzle, you accept that we have the right to share and publish Tanizzle Usernames in various contexts, including but not limited to print, the digital and virtual world (including metaverses), advertising campaigns, and on the internet (online or offline).
8.1. What are Tanizzle Splokens? Splokens are the official digital currency within the Tanizzle ecosystem. They serve as a reward system for users engaging with various Tanizzle features, including interactions with Splocus AI, participation in Tanizzle Quests and Competitions, and other activities via the Tanizzle web application (website) or Tanizzle Native Apps. Users can accumulate Splokens and use them to access exclusive features and rewards within the Tanizzle Universe. Additionally, Splokens are not transferable and remain the property of Tanizzle unless otherwise stated.
8.2. Ownership and Use: Users do not own Splokens; they are the sole property of Tanizzle. Users are granted the privilege to use Splokens within the Tanizzle Universe, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.
8.3. Revocation of Splokens: Tanizzle reserves the right to revoke the use of Splokens without prior consent or notification to the user. This revocation may occur for any reason deemed appropriate by Tanizzle.
8.4. Accumulation and Spending: Splokens can be accumulated and spent through various means within the Tanizzle Universe, including Tanizzle Quests and Competitions, as well as interactions with Splocus AI (Tanizzle's digital assistant), in addition to Tanizzle Native Apps.
8.5. Misuse and Termination: Any misuse of Splokens, including attempts to deceive Tanizzle for the retrieval of Splokens through illicit means, will result in severe consequences. This may include the termination of a user's Tanizzle Account or permanent denial of access to Splokens.
8.6. Modification of Terms: Tanizzle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions for Splokens at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
8.7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions for Tanizzle Splokens shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tanizzle operates.
8.8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using Splokens within the Tanizzle Universe, you have understood the Tanizzle Terms and Policy.
9.1. What are Tanizzle Native Apps? Tanizzle Native Apps encompass all software applications available on various platforms, including but not limited to:
9.2. Creation of Account: Upon creating a Tanizzle account, users consent to Tanizzle’s use of their personal data across all Tanizzle Native Apps and Tanizzle.com. This data includes, but is not limited to, user names, email addresses, country, and date of birth. Tanizzle may use this information for various purposes, including but not limited to:
9.3. Branding an ownership: All Tanizzle Native Apps are exclusively branded and owned by Tanizzle. The applications are developed and maintained by Tanizzle or its affiliates and are subject to the terms, policies, and conditions set forth by Tanizzle.
9.4. User Accounts and Integration: Users of Tanizzle Native Apps may be required to create a Tanizzle account to access certain features or functionalities. Integration with Tanizzle.com may be necessary for user account management, access to digital currencies such as Splokens, and other related services. Users' data will be synchronized across platforms to ensure a consistent experience. By creating an account, users agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process.
9.5. Updates and Changes: Tanizzle reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Tanizzle Native App at its discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes or updates as required by applicable laws and regulations.
9.6. Third-Party Services: Tanizzle Native Apps may integrate with Third-Party services or platforms. In cases where Tanizzle Native Apps integrate with Third-Party services, Tanizzle may share user data with these third parties as necessary for the functionality of the apps. Users will be notified of such sharing and are subject to the third parties' terms and conditions.
9.7. User Rights and Controls: Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data as provided by applicable data protection laws. Instructions for managing user data can be found in our Policy.
9.8. Reasonable Use and Notification: Tanizzle commits to using personal data in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was collected. Users will be informed of any significant changes in the use of their data through updates to the privacy policy or direct communication.
9.9 Respect for Respected Properties: The respected properties can appear in the form of official branding (logos), trademarks, and other intellectual properties. Tanizzle understands brand awareness very well and will not undermine entities we wish to promote, and will respect brand guidelines (if any).
9.10. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using Tanizzle Native Apps, users agree to comply with Tanizzle’s terms and conditions, including any additional terms specific to the application. Continued use of Tanizzle Native Apps constitutes acceptance of these terms.
10.1. What Are Tanizzle Quests and Competitions (TQCs)? Tanizzle Quests and Competitions, often referred to as "TaniComps," offer users the exciting opportunity to win prizes. Participation in TaniComps is entirely optional and does not always require Tanizzle Accounts. However, having a Tanizzle Account comes with added benefits rewarded via Tanizzle (here) or on various social media platforms. Some TQCs yield Splokens, the official Tanizzle Digital Coin.
10.2. Terms and Policy Requirement: In order for Friends and visitors to play TaniComps, they must understand our Terms and Policy. This is a requirement for competition integrity and security reasons. Tanizzle will not bite more than it can chew, and will only ask for Gold when we really need it (depending on competition requirements).
10.3. Additional Competition-Specific Terms: Some competitions have additional Terms of their own. Those Terms don't take precedence of the Terms found here. TaniComps with their own Terms are specifically devised "AS IS" and relate more to the competition's requirements.
10.4. No Affiliation with Prize Entities: Unless otherwise stated, Tanizzle doesn't claim to be associated with entities associated with prizes and doesn't claim to be sponsored/endorsed by them. All trademarks and respected intellectual property (the "respected properties") found on Tanizzle and Offsite Member Assets, continue to belong to these Third-Party entities.
10.5. Respect for Respected Properties: The respected properties can appear in the form of official branding (logos), trademarks, and other intellectual properties. Tanizzle understands brand awareness very well and will not undermine entities we wish to promote, and will respect brand guidelines (if any).
10.6. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By accepting any Terms and Conditions associated with Tanizzle Quests and Competitions, you have understood the Tanizzle Terms and Policy.
11.1. Content and Service Material: All Content provided by our Service is intended for your personal and non-commercial use. The Content, including Distinguishable Content as described in Tanizzle Legalese, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, database rights, sui generis rights, and other intellectual or proprietary rights, in accordance with U.K. and international laws. Your use of any information or materials on our Site is entirely at your own risk.
11.2. Restrictions on Use: You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display (including framing and inline linking), communicate to the public, or in any way exploit any of the Content or the Services, including Software, in whole or in part. All Distinguishable Content is either owned or controlled by us or credited to the respective Third-Party creators or owners of the Content.
11.3. Copyright Notices and Compliance: You are required to adhere to all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through our Service. The Site is intended for general information and use only and is subject to change without notice or prior consent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the Content on our Site for any particular purpose.
11.4. Errors and Inaccuracies: You acknowledge that the information and materials provided may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we expressly disclaim liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law in any jurisdiction.
12.1. Ownership and Responsibility: We do not claim ownership of User Generated Content, and you bear sole responsibility for it, as outlined in Tanizzle Legalese regarding such content. By submitting User Generated Content through any form of existing or future technology or media, you represent and warrant that you own the User Generated Content and have the legal right to use it.
12.2. License Grant: You grant us a perpetual, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license for User Generated Content. This license includes, without limitation, the right for us, third parties, and users to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display online or offline, publicly perform, reproduce, communicate to the public, store, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify, and adapt; stream, download, and broadcast any User Generated Content you post on or send to our Services, including Offsite Member Assets. You acknowledge that users and third parties may use User Generated Content, subject to our Terms and Policy.
12.3. Monitoring and Editing: We reserve the right, though we are not obligated, to monitor and edit all User Generated Content. We may delete, move, or edit User Generated Content that we, in our sole discretion, deem abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, in violation of our Terms, or otherwise unacceptable.
12.4. Misrepresentation and Malicious Content: You must not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or status. Knowingly providing misleading information with the intent to defraud is prohibited. You shall not upload, distribute, or publish any data, spyware, malware, viruses, malicious software, or files to our Service. The use of automated means to upload, distribute, or publish any User Generated Content to our Services, as well as spamming discussions with repetitive messages or posts, is strictly prohibited.
12.5. Respectful Conduct: Please be respectful when uploading or posting User Generated Content and encourage meaningful debates without resorting to threats or verbal abuse directed at other users. The use of language that promotes discrimination on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate suspension and/or termination of access to our Services, unless stated otherwise.
12.6. Our Stance on Censorship: At Tanizzle, we do not condone censorship or endorse organisations that aim to restrict speech under the guise of "political correctness." However, we do not tolerate discriminatory behavior or hate speech.
13.1. Use of Public Data: Occasionally, we may utilise Unapproved User Generated Content, also referred to as "Public Data," found online without explicit consent from its creators, provided it is publicly available. Public Data can encompass images, videos, files, and text. It's important to note that we do not claim ownership of Public Data. We share it in accordance with Section 107 of the Copyright Act, commonly known as "fair use." Fair use allows for the unlicensed use of copyrighted materials for purposes such as commentary, criticism, teaching, news reporting, and any other legal provisions that safeguard press freedoms.
13.2. Our Use of Unapproved User Generated Content: As Tanizzle continues to grow, we may employ Unapproved User Generated Content in our content shared on Offsite Member Assets. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept that Tanizzle may use your Content under the fair use doctrine.
13.3. Opt-Out Option: We respect your preferences regarding the association of your Content with Tanizzle. Visitors who do not wish their Content to be linked with Tanizzle can always contact us to request removal. However, please be aware that such a request may have consequences. If your Content is related to Unapproved User Generated Content, Tanizzle will promptly remove it in accordance with the claimant's rights ("DCMA client").
13.4. Fair Use and Content Publication: In most cases, Tanizzle uses Unapproved User Generated Content to enhance the quality of our content. If you find our Content, including Distinguishable Content, to be offensive or inappropriate and it is associated with you, please understand that Tanizzle reserves the right to assert fair use. We will continue to publish material freely after conducting an internal investigation, without any specific time limitations, as long as it is deemed appropriate under fair use.
14.1. Links to Third-Party Resources (Network Assets): Like many online services, Tanizzle includes links to Third-Party resources, which we refer to as "Network Assets." These Network Assets are neither owned nor operated by us, and we do not have control over the content typically shared on them. Tanizzle assumes no responsibility for Network Assets, including any potential adverse consequences.
14.2. No Warranty for Third-Party Content: You acknowledge that we do not warrant the offerings of any Third-Party Content. Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss that may arise or be alleged to have arisen due to the use of or reliance on such Content, goods, or services available on or through any Third-Party or Networks, including Network Assets.
14.3. Your Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly review the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policies, of any Offsite Member Asset that you may interact with.
15.1. Contacting Us: You can reach out to us for general inquiries, feedback, legal matters, data protection concerns, and advertising inquiries through our contact form. Upon sending your message, you may receive an email confirming the receipt of your message. However, please note that receiving an automatic response from us does not signify that we have individually reviewed the contents of your message. In other words, a human may not have read your email upon receipt of our automated response.
15.2. Communication via Tanizzle Offsite Assets or Networks: Users who contact us via Tanizzle Offsite Assets or Networks such as Twitter are bound by these Terms. It's important to understand that you may not necessarily receive an email response from us regarding your communication, and we are not obligated to provide explanations for our responses or lack thereof.
15.3. Personal Messages ("Off Duty Matters"): Sending personal messages, including matters related to family, relationships, and other off-duty topics involving Tanizzle employees or the digital assistants built on machine learning and/or artificial intelligence (referred to as the "Squad"), will not be permitted. Tanizzle strictly prohibits abusive, insulting, or threatening behavior toward the Squad. We reserve the right to terminate your use of Tanizzle and other entities owned and controlled by us if such behavior is identified.
15.4. Opting In and Out of Notifications: Subscribers have the option to opt in and out of notifications and communications through the Notifications panel in Tanizzle Friend Hub.
15.5. Consent and Data Usage: By initiating contact with us or subscribing to our services, you accept and consent to the use of your Gold and Public Data in accordance with our Policy. This Policy applies to all visitors, including Friends, Subscribers, and users experiencing Tanizzle. If you do not wish for us to process your Gold, you do not have permission to contact us on Tanizzle or any other Offsite Member Asset, such as Facebook Messenger. Please inform us of your preference, and we will initiate the process of removing your Gold.
16.1. Participation Requirements: Before users can engage in Tanizzle Competitions ("TaniComps"), they are required to provide their Gold for participation. The specific personal information required may vary depending on the TaniComps, which are opportunities provided by Tanizzle and often necessitate having a Tanizzle Account. Consent to participate is implicit if a Friend has a Tanizzle Account.
16.2. Visitors Without Tanizzle Accounts: For general visitors who do not possess Tanizzle Accounts but wish to take part in TaniComps, you agree and consent to the processing of your Gold by us and Offsite Member Assets in accordance with this Policy. Additionally, you accept that your Gold may be processed by entities such as hosting companies, advertisers, and analytics providers, among others, as listed in the Tanizzle Control Centre, Terms, or Policy.
16.3. Data Retention: It's important to note that some TaniComps may not be ongoing and could have varying durations. In order to track trends related to our competitions and to scrutinize users with potentially malicious intentions, such as attempts to manipulate our winner selection methods, we may retain your Gold even after you delete your Tanizzle Account or participate in any Tanizzle Competition.
16.4. Gold Retention for TaniComps Integrity: In cases where TaniComps do not necessitate a Tanizzle Account, and we continue to retain your Gold after you have requested its deletion, you acknowledge and accept that Tanizzle retains your Gold to ensure the integrity of TaniComps and for security reasons.
Tanizzle collaborates with various Third-Party entities and affiliates to generate income through commission-based arrangements, often involving the promotion or linking of their products and/or services. It's important to note that Tanizzle does not assume responsibility for the content found on external sites, Offsite Member Assets, or Network Assets. Tanizzle.com participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Additionally, Tanizzle may receive sponsorship from various other companies, and these companies will be duly listed in our Policy or the Tanizzle Control Centre ("TCC"), if cookies are required for such partnerships.
We want to assure you that Tanizzle respects your privacy. To empower you to conveniently manage and control cookies and other GDPR-related requirements, we have created the Tanizzle Control Centre. Although we believe that cookies are benign when used for legitimate purposes, we minimize their use and offer our Friends and users the option to prevent them from being set. 18.1. Protecting Intellectual Rights: If you believe that Content posted on our Site constitutes a copyright infringement relevant to your intellectual property, or if you are an authorized representative acting on behalf of a copyright holder, we deeply respect your intellectual rights and are committed to addressing any such claims. All copyright infringement claims should be submitted under the legal business subject using our contact form. In the event that the contact form is disabled or temporarily unavailable, please understand that to contact Tanizzle, business should be conducted through any Offsite Member Asset (such as Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform with official Tanizzle Accounts - which can be found in the footer of this page).
18.2. Accountability for Misrepresentation: You acknowledge that you will be held accountable for any damages, including but not limited to costs and legal fees, in cases of misrepresentation or deceitful claims related to the infringement of any Content found on or through Tanizzle and Offsite Member Assets, in connection with your copyright infringement claim(s). Tanizzle is committed to conducting an internal investigation without limitations of time in order to address such claims.
19.1. Trademark Protection: Tanizzle, denoted as a "OneFoxx Service Mark," is a registered trademark owned by Mark Foxx, and it is used exclusively under permission from OneFoxx Ltd (our company), along with its affiliates and subsidiaries. These OneFoxx Service Marks are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of the United Kingdom and international jurisdictions.
19.2. Exclusive Properties: Tanizzle, along with its sui generis and Distinguishable Content, functionality, and unique features, are the exclusive properties of OneFoxx and its licensors. Our trade dress and trademarks may not be used in association with any product, service, or promotional content that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship ("partnership") with us without obtaining prior written consent.
We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate or suspend any Tanizzle Account, and restrict your access to our Service, without prior notice or liability. This action may be taken for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including, but not limited to, a breach of our Terms. You can find more details about account deletion in the "Deleting Accounts" section.
All provisions of our Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will continue to be in effect even after termination. These provisions include, but are not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Please note that if Tanizzle terminates or suspends your access to our Services, whether you are a Friend or a visitor, you may not receive an individual notification explaining the reason, unless we decide otherwise. In some cases, notifications may include links to our Terms and Policy, which provide further information regarding Tanizzle Violations.
21.1. Protecting the Integrity of the Service: You are strictly prohibited from accessing, using, or attempting to access or use our Services in a manner that could harm either us or any Third-Party entity. It is prohibited to use the Services in violation of applicable laws or infringe upon our intellectual property or the intellectual property or other legal rights of any Third-Party. You agree not to attempt, encourage, or support any efforts to circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with the Services or any Content therein, or engage in any unauthorized use thereof. Furthermore, you understand and agree that without prior written consent, you shall not:

All actions falling under prohibited use are considered Tanizzle Violations.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses, including but not limited to solicitor (attorney's) fees, that may arise from or relate to your use and access of our Service. This includes claims brought by you or any individuals using your Tanizzle Account, as well as claims related to Content shared on our Service or Offsite Member Assets.
22.2.
