It's been three-years (possibly more or less) since a woman was hit in the face with a skateboard by an individual who hasn't been arrested; even with a blatant face-card capture.
Woman Hit With Skateboard In New York
In 2020, after the internet was disgusted with a video entailing horrifying visuals of a male attacking a woman with a skateboard in Harlem, New York, it's resurfaced and fueling speculation on the victim's condition. The suspect, who went by the street name "Skeeter Millz", wasn't apprehended by New York police, and his whereabouts are unknown to us.
In the 16-second video, a woman wearing all-black clothing was seen speaking to Skeeter Millz, also named Rodney Abdoul Moultrie (according to a change.org petition). Skeeter Millz, who was dripped in a black-and-red hoodie, dark trousers, and black-and-white vans, allegedly felt disrespected and struck her in the head causing a sickening thud before she fell.
Although the internet is currently (February, 2023) speculating whether she was violated for turning him down, perhaps due to sexual advances or a lack of interest in him concerning attraction, there hasn't been any evidence to substantiate such theories. Similarly, an NYPD investigation was conducted concerning his alleged government name (Rodney Abdoul Moultrie), but police haven't concluded his involvement as a primary suspect.
What Caused The Attack?
What we do know, based on what we've seen for ourselves, is that Skeeter Millz was seen preparing his attack (as if he was taking aim) whilst speaking to the woman (who hasn't been identified). In the middle of their discussion, and with intense force, Skeeter Millz swings at her with a skateboard. Entertained by his savage actions, the audience filming found the incident humorous, as they were heard laughing.
After the attack, turning around nonchalantly before walking a short distance from what could have been a murder scene, Skeeter Millz then began to explain with confidence: "Don't disrespect me. What the f*ck is wrong with that b*tch. My name is skeeter millz". His explanation for the attack, also known as self-snitching, is reason why netizens (internet users) tracked him down so effortlessly.
On that note, an Instagram account under his street name still exists however, the video depicting the incident was deleted after the video went viral in 2020. Based on our findings, the matter was either dealt with by police and not shared with the general public (or internet), or he wasn't a person of interest to begin with (even with his name floating around as the key suspect).
