OneFoxx Ltd is the British parent company of Tanizzle Ltd, founded by Mark Foxx in 2020 to support publishing, music, commerce and business development.

What Is OneFoxx? The Parent Company of Tanizzle

OneFoxx Ltd, trading as OneFoxx, is a British private limited company founded by Mark Foxx on 4 October 2020. It is the parent company of Tanizzle Ltd and provides the corporate structure behind the expanding Tanizzle group.

OneFoxx operates mainly behind the scenes. Tanizzle is the public-facing brand responsible for publishing, entertainment, music, technology, fictional characters and physical commerce. OneFoxx sits above that activity as its parent: holding business interests, supporting company development and providing a structure through which the value created by its subsidiaries and brands can be managed.

Why Was OneFoxx Established?

The project that became Tanizzle began in April 2017, with Tanizzle formally launching as a public platform on 1 January 2020.

As Tanizzle's publishing, music, technology and commercial activity developed, Foxx established OneFoxx Ltd to give that work a formal business structure. The company was incorporated in the United Kingdom on 4 October 2020.

OneFoxx was not created as another name for Tanizzle. It was established as the broader company above it: a legal and commercial foundation capable of holding business interests, supporting subsidiary operations and accommodating activity across more than one sector.

Online retail also formed part of OneFoxx's early trading history, including marketplace sales through Amazon. That activity contributed to the company's development, but it does not define OneFoxx's present role or the full scope of the group it now supports.

What Is The Relationship Between OneFoxx And Tanizzle?

OneFoxx Ltd is the parent company of Tanizzle Ltd.

Tanizzle Ltd is the principal operating company behind the Tanizzle brand and its connected public-facing activities. These include:

  • Tanizzle Central, the publishing, knowledge and entertainment platform at Tanizzle.com.
  • Tanizzle Studios, the visual-production arm responsible for original video, animation and AI-native entertainment.
  • Tanizzle Music, the home of music written, performed, composed and produced by Mark Foxx.
  • Tanizzle Code, the technical division responsible for coding, programming, systems development and maintenance.
  • The Tanizzle Galaxy, the connected fictional universe behind Tanizzle's recurring characters and original entertainment.
  • Tanizzle & Co., the physical-commerce arm responsible for apparel, artwear, essentials and other branded products.

These names describe different parts of the Tanizzle ecosystem. They are not all separate incorporated companies.

OneFoxx provides the parent-company layer above Tanizzle Ltd. Tanizzle builds the public platform, products, music, technology and creative work. OneFoxx holds and supports the company responsible for that activity.

What Does OneFoxx Do?

OneFoxx exists to provide corporate structure across its business interests.

Its role includes holding and overseeing subsidiary interests, supporting business administration, maintaining separation between different areas of activity and providing a foundation from which owned companies and brands can develop.

The company's registered activities cover:

  • Retail sales conducted through mail order or the internet.
  • Publishing activities.
  • Sound recording and music publishing.
  • Venture and development capital activity.

These classifications reflect the range of sectors OneFoxx may operate within, either directly or through its company interests. They do not mean that every possible service is offered to the public or that OneFoxx operates as a general-purpose agency.

OneFoxx is designed to benefit from the commercial value produced by the businesses and brands beneath it. As those operations develop, the parent company provides a structure through which that value can be held, managed and, where appropriate, reinvested.

Is OneFoxx A Technology Company?

Technology forms part of the OneFoxx group, but OneFoxx is not positioned as a separate public-facing software studio.

OneFoxx helped deliver the Apox System, also known as the Apox Engine, which forms part of the technical foundation supporting the independently developed Tanizzle System.

Responsibility for the continued development and maintenance of that technology now sits with Tanizzle Code.

Tanizzle Code handles coding, programming, platform systems and technical development across the Tanizzle environment, including systems or projects that may carry OneFoxx branding. This arrangement keeps technical responsibility with the part of the group actively building and maintaining the technology, while OneFoxx remains the parent structure behind it.

Who Founded OneFoxx?

OneFoxx was founded by Mark Foxx, also known publicly as Sir Tanizzle and by the music-production identity Drill Manga.

Foxx is a self-taught web developer, programmer, designer, digital artist, singer-songwriter, producer and composer. He founded Tanizzle, built and maintains Tanizzle.com and created the wider Tanizzle Galaxy.

He serves as a director of OneFoxx Ltd and remains responsible for the direction of the OneFoxx and Tanizzle group.

Is OneFoxx The Same As Tanizzle?

No.

OneFoxx is the parent company. Tanizzle is the principal public-facing brand operated through Tanizzle Ltd.

The distinction is similar to the relationship between a parent company and the operating business beneath it. Visitors usually encounter Tanizzle through its articles, music, videos, characters, technology or products. They may rarely need to interact with OneFoxx directly.

That quieter role is intentional. OneFoxx does not need to duplicate Tanizzle's voice or compete with its public identity. Its purpose is to support the business architecture behind it.

OneFoxx Today

OneFoxx Ltd remains an active British private limited company and the parent company of Tanizzle Ltd.

Its position has developed alongside Tanizzle. What began as a company supporting an independent online publication now sits above an ecosystem spanning publishing, music, original digital entertainment, software development, fictional characters and physical commerce.

OneFoxx provides the company structure. Tanizzle creates and operates the world beneath it.
