Community Guidelines

Hello World! At Tanizzle, we are strong advocates of free speech and expression. However, we also recognise the importance of maintaining a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all users. To achieve this balance, we've established the Tanizzle Community Guidelines. These guidelines exist to protect users while upholding Tanizzle's commitment to freedom of expression.

Please note that Tanizzle retains the right to define what constitutes a violation, including what falls under hate speech, violence, and sexually explicit content. Tanizzle's decision is final and independent of external regulations, country laws, or local cultural differences. As a user of Tanizzle and Splocus Ai, you are expected to follow these guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all.

• Freedom of Expression: We support freedom of expression and recognise that different countries and cultures may view certain speech or content differently. However, Tanizzle reserves the right to set its own standards for what is considered acceptable or inappropriate. These decisions may not align with external or country-specific laws.
• Tanizzle's Authority: Tanizzle holds final authority over any interpretation of its Community Guidelines, including content related to hate speech, violence, and sexual content. These standards are non-negotiable, and Tanizzle's decision is final in determining violations, regardless of local customs or laws.
• No Appeals Process: If users are found violating Tanizzle's guidelines, they may be restricted or banned. Tanizzle does not offer an appeal process. Users may attempt to contact Tanizzle, but we reserve the right to decline any communication based on Tanizzle User Integrity Standards.

Hate Speech: Any content that promotes or expresses hatred based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation. Examples include:

• Using offensive slurs, stereotypes, or dehumanising language targeted at specific groups.
• Content that endorses the superiority of one group over another.

Hate Speech (Threatening): Hate speech combined with threats of harm, violence, or intimidation. Examples include:

• Direct or indirect threats of violence toward individuals or groups based on identity.
• Inciting others to harm or intimidate people based on race, gender, religion, etc.

Self-Harm Promotion: Content that glorifies or encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior. Examples include:

• Encouraging or promoting self-injury or suicide.
• Suggesting or instructing others to engage in harmful behavior.

Sexually Explicit Content: Any sexually explicit content, including discussions of adult content or the promotion of sexually explicit material. Examples include:

• Sharing or asking for adult material, sexually explicit language, or nudity.
• Discussions of explicit sexual acts or services.

Sexual Content Involving Minors: Any content related to or involving minors in a sexual context. Examples include:

• Any sexual references or content involving minors.
• Asking for or sharing material aimed at minors in a sexual context.

Violence: Content that glorifies or encourages violence toward others. Examples include:

• Advocating for violence, harm, or aggression toward individuals or groups.
• Statements glorifying violent acts such as assault or warfare.

Graphic Violence: Explicit or graphic depictions of violence, blood, or gore. Examples include:

• Describing or sharing content that includes graphic violence or gore.
• Encouraging others to engage in violent acts.

To complement the Tanizzle Community Guidelines, the Tanizzle User Integrity Standards define the appropriate conduct expected of users interacting with Tanizzle AI, including Splocus Ai. These standards aim to help users maintain their freedom of expression while avoiding behavior that could lead to restrictions, bans, or other penalties.

General Behavioral Expectations:

• Respect Tanizzle's Guidelines: Users must understand and comply with the guidelines set by Tanizzle. Whether it's related to hate speech, violence, or sexually explicit content, users must follow Tanizzle's final interpretation of these categories, regardless of how local laws or cultures define them.
• Responsibility for Conduct: While Tanizzle promotes open discussions, users are responsible for ensuring that their conduct does not violate Tanizzle's standards. Harmful or disruptive behavior may lead to restrictions, even if such behavior is tolerated or legally protected elsewhere.
• No Appeals Process: If users violate these standards, they may face limitations or bans. Tanizzle's decisions are final, and there is no formal appeal process. Users may contact Tanizzle for further information, but Tanizzle reserves the right to refuse communication or requests based on its policies.

• Restrictions or Bans: Depending on the severity of the violation, Tanizzle may restrict or ban a user's access to all or part of the platform, including Splocus Ai. Tanizzle does not have to explain its reasoning, and such decisions are non-negotiable.
• No Right to Appeal: Users do not have the right to appeal decisions made by Tanizzle. Although they may contact us, Tanizzle reserves the right to not entertain these pleas.

• Disregarding Hate Speech Guidelines: Users who knowingly post content that expresses or promotes hatred will be subject to permanent or temporary bans without appeal.
• Threats or Incitement: Users making threats toward others based on race, gender, religion, etc., will be immediately restricted from using Tanizzle, including Splocus Ai.
• Promotion of Violence: Tanizzle will not tolerate content that glorifies violence. Violators will be banned, and their accounts will be subject to deletion.

At Tanizzle, we believe in upholding the right to free speech while maintaining a safe, respectful space for all. These guidelines and standards reflect Tanizzle's core values of freedom, creativity, and user responsibility. By using Tanizzle, you agree to adhere to the Tanizzle Community Guidelines and Tanizzle User Integrity Standards, acknowledging that Tanizzle has the final say on what constitutes a violation of these policies. No appeal process exists for users who breach our guidelines, although you may contact us for clarification if you believe a mistake has been made.

We encourage users to express themselves freely, but they must do so in accordance with Tanizzle’s policies and the Tanizzle User Integrity Standards to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all.
