The notoriously outspoken rapper Azealia Banks claims Nicki Minaj 'sold out for keeping quite' in regards to her 'Say So' remix collaborator Doja Cat.
Azealia Banks Destroys Nicki Minaj
Known for not holding back on excessively foul views, the 28-year-old "212" rapper Azealia Banks has launched a barrage of verbal attacks on fellow female rapper Nicki Minaj, for collaborating with Doja Cat
The arsenal of insults ensued after Doja Cat achieved her first US number one for her remix of "Say So", for which features Nicki Minaj. Taking to Instagram, Azealia Banks criticised the "Anaconda" songstress for partnering with someone who had been accused of releasing music containing racial slurs.
Azealia Banks who's famously known for her vile antics, targeted attacks and inappropriate language, said:
"Another thing that I find f***ing funny, Nicki, is for all the f***ing mouth you have for Cardi B for talking s*** about black women, now you quiet because you got your little number one with this white bi***."
Without any surprise, Azealia Banks didn't refrain from dragging Cardi B into the equation even though she considered her music "trash", with allegations of "jealously", suggesting that Nicki Minaj begrudged over Cardi B's sense of style - swag.
"You a p***y a** b**** for that. You should've got right on that Queen Radio and you put that bitch down in the ground where the f*** she belongs. Now I'm looking back at it, you was just jealous of Cardi. You was just jealous because she's got more swag than you."
"All that s*** you talk about female rap and female this and female that, look at you selling out, keeping quiet," Azealia said.
In Other News: We hope so and really, really wish that it happens. The question, will Maya Jama host Love Island?
Azealia Banks pointed out that she was "disappointed" in Nicki Minaj, after the controversies that surrounded Doja Cat forced her to apologise for using racial slurs. Initially, Doja Cat released a statement to Instagram and later went on Instagram Live to address the issues herself.
From a bullet pointed list, the 24-year-old singer "debunked" the controversial instances including, but not limited to, self hate, mocking police brutality, Sandra Bland, stripping for white supremacists, and intentionally mispronouncing Beyoncé's name.
In the video below, Doja Cat said: "The apology that I posted is absolutely an edited piece, from me and the people I work with," she nervously stressed. "Hmm, like any business, like any conglomerate, there would be many people trying to protect what's going on, and that's exactly what we were trying to do,"
So you know, we consider Azealia Banks extremely talented, but her behaviour's nothing new. Azealia Banks isn't a saint especially with her track record of "slurs" and "abusive" language. By now, something "jealous" can be seen in any mirror she looks at.
