With one of the world's most recognisable faces, and expansive tattoo collections, rapper Post Malone breaks down his ink with GQ for a second time.
Post Malone's Tattoos
There's a "slight" chance that you've heard of the name Austin Richard Post, but it's highly likely that you'll recognise his face, and moniker Post Malone. The American musician, actor and record producer sat down with GQ recently to break down his tattoos in this part two feature - video below.
It's not the first time that Post has spoken to GQ in relation to his growing tattoo collection, and if you watch part one you'll notice a significant difference especially on his face.
Notably, in their previous interview Post claimed that he was considering getting a "sword tattoo" on his face, and what do you know, he stayed true to his word in 2020 for their second meeting.
Post who graces the cover of GQ Style's Spring/Summer issue said, "Swords are fucking awesome, and I've been into them since I was a little kid,". His motivations for them include annoying his mother LOL, personal reasons, and to intrigue onlookers, "I feel like the face tattoos make me interesting to look at," he told them.
Speaking of "interesting" things to look at, his taste for jewellery's very pricey, and quite impressive.
The artist's definitely someone who loves the ink, and extravagance, but this isn't unusual in the world of hip hop concerning "bling bling", fast cars, or luxurious properties. How many of you can proudly say that you own a $1 million dollar Richard Mille watch? I know it's crazy right, but he showcased his on GQ's On The Rocks.
Post Malone's Acting
It looks like we'll be speaking more of Post in the near future, as he's also busy achieving as an actor. The "action comedy" Spenser Confidential starring Mark Walhberg, and Post Malone is finally on Netflix. We're definitely excited, and recently posted the Spenser Confidential trailer for you to watch.
