Sometime today (02/11/22), internet rumours concerning J Prince (and his son, J Prince Jr.) began trending for all the wrong reasons. Some audiences are suggesting that Migos were backdoored (set-up) by Mob Ties, or other Houston affiliates (seriously about it). Updates will continue as they come. The "Bad and Boujee" lyricist, who is the nephew of fellow Migos bandmate, Quavo, 31, was shot in the head ("or neck possibly") on a balcony outside the 810 Billiards and Bowling, whilst celebrating a birthday - J Prince (James L. Smith), an American music executive and CEO, turned 58 on Halloween.

The "Versace" rapper, also known as Kirshnik Khari Ball, was confirmed dead by his representatives and not authorities who wished to release "an identity of the deceased victim until his family is notified and ID verified." Confirming his last location, Takeoff was seen in a selfie image shared to Instagram as a story.
With rumours running wild online, speculation of injuries concerning Quavo haven't been confirmed however two injured parties have been documented after reportedly being driven to hospital in private vehicles. In addition to Quavo, Takeoff was related to ex-Migos bandmate, Offset, 30, who wasn't in attendance.
