The YouTuber James Charles vents his anger on Twitter after acknowledging a post considered click bait by the LGBT outlet PinkNews.
Oh No They Didn't
YouTube beauty, and makeup sensation James Charles vents his anger on Twitter after learning of an image "blatantly" edited for click bait, posted to Snapchat by the UK-based LGBT media outlet PinkNews - see tweet below.
The "screenshot" was sent to James Charles who said in response "I'm so sick of this. @PinkNews is a joke. They claim to be a LGBTQ+ news outlet yet choose to clickbait ugly edited photos & completely false titles about me literally EVERY OTHER DAY instead of reporting about actual things going on in our community 🥴".
Many of his loyal fans urge the influencer to sue the publication, and some officially "cancelling" the outlet for "trashing" his image for clicks. This comes after the resurfacing of his old images on Twitter consequently horrifying the YouTube star, prompting the response "where the f**k did y'all find these are you kidding me.".
The image deliberately designed to provoke engagements was found on the PinkNews Snapchat.
What does James Charles do next we wonder? Well an apology from PinkNews would be a start, as the YouTuber makes a living from his image daily. What's your take?
