Adele hosts and performs on America's primetime, Saturday Night Live (SNL), with a parody of ABC's dating competition, The Bachelor.
Adele's Hilarious Return To Saturday Night Live
To the delight of her fans and audiences worldwide, Adele returned to Saturday Night Live (SNL) after nearly 12 years, to host and partially perform her hit songs. The 32-year-old bombshell performed "Someone Like You", "Rolling In The Deep", "When We Were Young", and "Hello", during a parody of "The Bachelor."
Undeniably stealing the limelight from the bachelor himself, Ben K, played by Beck Bennet, Adele was seen belting out lyrics from a number of her smash hits, in a fit of rage or jealousy, in order to win over the main man.
Reflecting the nature of ABC's dating competition show, Adele began by introducing herself, saying: "Hi I'm Adele Adkins, I'm 32. You may know me as the singer Adele. I'm here because I've had a lot of heartbreak in my life."
Then referencing her albums, Adele said: "First at 19, and then sort of famously at 21. And then even more famously at 25... But I have a really good feeling about Ben K. It's only night one but I could already tell he's the love of my life."
When another contestant, Hannah C, played by Heidi Gardner, began to win the interest of Ben, Adele attempted to steal the spotlight by singing her 2011 smash single "Someone Like You", before being abruptly interrupted.
Singing beautifully, "I heard that you're settled down/ That you found a girl and you're married now/ I heard that your dreams came true," Adele was reminded by Ben that he wasn't marrying the contestant. She was also told to "somewhat" relax, in the competition's early stages.
Gardner's Hannah C said: "Yes girl, there's like 40 episodes left so pace yourself emotionally because we've been here 10 minutes and you've already sung that a few times."

After being at a loss of words, Adele chose to sing the lyrics of "When We Were Young", during a one-on-one with Ben. Sitting closely to him, Adele began to sing, "You still look like a movie/ You still sound like a song/ My God, this reminds me/ Of when we were young," as Ben quipped, "We just met today."
Bothered by Adele's spotlight grabbing actions, other contestants couldn't help but share their annoyance with the audience, as Hannah B, played by Chloe Fineman, nonchalantly did.
"I absolutely love being on The Bachelor but it has been sort of hard to get alone time with Ben with so many other girls in the house, including Adele. Especially Adele. The problem is Adele," she fumed.
Highlighting the reasons for not liking her fellow contestant, Hannah B's one-on-one with The Bachelor was rudely interrupted by the superstar; she began to sing "Hello."
Before smashing her wine glass, by squeezing the life out of it LOL, Adele said in a confessional:
"Night one has been an absolutely smash, but I'm starting to get the feeling I might be coming on a bit strong. I think Ben K. sort of likes that laidback American vibe, so the rest of the night I've decided to play it, really, really, chill and cool."
Later, keeping it cool wasn't necessarily what we saw, as a woman asked Adele if she could "steal him for a sec." The singer then furiously smashed the glass in her hand, to then perform her 2011 hit "Rolling in the Deep."
"There's a fire starting in my heart/ Reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark/ Finally I can see you crystal clear/ Go 'head and sell me out and I'll lay your ship bare," she graced us with.
Before being kicked out of the mansion for her "concerning" and "aggressive" behaviour, Adele said: "I will go quietly, there will be no more drama from me," before returning to conclude the parody with an encore performance of "Someone Like You."
To the applauds of the audience, Adele thanked viewers and joked about her next television gig. "Thank you everyone, catch me next week on Love Island," she said.
What Do You Think?
Gosh, we're ever so grateful for hearing Adele sing again and can't wait to hear her new album; we know it's in the works and currently incomplete according to the star. Apart from that, our darling Adele looks so beautiful as usual, and her glow-up is absolutely jaw-dropping.
