To access any part of Tanizzle, users must meet specific age requirements, which vary by jurisdiction:
If a user is under the age of 18 (referred to as the "Best Age of Consent") and wishes to use Tanizzle, parental or legal guardian consent (referred to as the "Responsible Guardian") is mandatory. The Responsible Guardian must review and accept Tanizzle's Terms and Policy on behalf of the minor.
Consent will be presumed if the user is aged between 16 and the Best Age of Consent when creating an account. However, Tanizzle will subject the Tanizzle Account to scrutiny and apply Tanizzle Gated Age-Limit Restrictions. Users under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from creating a Tanizzle Account without the explicit authorization of a Responsible Guardian.

Qualifying Visit Age Requirement: Before users consider creating a Tanizzle Account, they must meet the Qualifying Visit Age requirement. We have restrictions on accounts for children under the age of 13 for their protection. For more information on why children under 13 aren't allowed to create accounts, please refer to our Policy.
Accuracy of Personal Information (Gold): Personal information, which we affectionately refer to as "Gold," must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date when you Subscribe to Tanizzle. Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information will result in the immediate termination of the violating Tanizzle Account. Please be aware that we process, store, and protect your Gold in accordance with our Tanizzle Privacy Policy.
Responsibility for Account Security: By using Tanizzle, you agree to take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tanizzle Account and password. This responsibility extends to restricting access to your device and other account identifiers of your choosing. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your Tanizzle Account. If you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must promptly notify us.
Our Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate Tanizzle Accounts, edit or remove Content, and modify Tanizzle Usernames at our sole discretion. In the event that a Friend loses access to their account, we may restrict the recovery of Tanizzle Accounts if access to the associated email provider is limited. However, we understand that mistakes can occur, and in such cases, Tanizzle will conduct a thorough investigation and make reasonable efforts to verify a user's affiliation with us.
Friends have the option to terminate their Tanizzle Account either through their Account Settings or by reaching out to us directly. When a Tanizzle Account is deleted, we do not retain any of your Gold (personal information), and you will no longer receive communications from us. The Standard Account Termination Procedure is accessible under the Security panel in your account settings.
Special Considerations for Facebook-Connected Accounts: For users who initially created their Tanizzle Account using Facebook, there are two options for permanently deleting the account:

We want to clarify that Tanizzle takes no responsibility for usernames that may be deemed harmful but are within legal boundaries. We encourage users to report any content that is considered harmful but still legal through our contact form. While the action may be unlikely, we will consider taking appropriate measures.
It's important to note that Friends are not owners of Tanizzle Usernames. We provide users with the option to set or create a Tanizzle Username while using our platform. By using Tanizzle, you accept that we have the right to share and publish Tanizzle Usernames in various contexts, including but not limited to print, the digital and virtual world (including metaverses), advertising campaigns, and on the internet (online or offline).
What Are Tanizzle Competitions (TaniComps)? Tanizzle Competitions, often referred to as "TaniComps," offer users the exciting opportunity to win prizes. Participation in TaniComps is entirely optional and does not always require Tanizzle Accounts. However, having a Tanizzle Account comes with added benefits, including the chance to win FREE Fortnite V-Bucks through Tanizzle Competitions conducted both on-site and on various social media platforms.
Terms and Policy Requirement: In order for Friends and visitors to play TaniComps, they must understand our Terms and Policy. This is a requirement for competition integrity and security reasons. Tanizzle will not bite more than it can chew, and will only ask for Gold when we really need it (depending on competition requirements).
Additional Competition-Specific Terms: Some competitions have additional Terms of their own. Those Terms don't take precedence of the Terms found here. TaniComps with their own Terms are specifically devised "AS IS" and relate more to the competition's requirements. Take for example Epic Games ("EPF"), Tanizzle Buck Tweet expects players to have an EPF account in order to redeem V-Bucks with a voucher.
No Affiliation with Prize Entities: Unless otherwise stated, Tanizzle doesn't claim to be associated with entities associated with prizes and doesn't claim to be sponsored/endorsed by them. All trademarks and respected intellectual property (the "respected properties") found on Tanizzle and Offsite Member Assets, continue to belong to these third-party entities.
Respect for Respected Properties: The respected properties can appear in the form of official branding (logos), trademarks, and other intellectual properties. Tanizzle understands brand awareness very well and will not undermine entities we wish to promote, and will respect brand guidelines (if any).
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By accepting any Terms and Conditions associated with Tanizzle Competitions, you have understood the Tanizzle Terms and Policy.
Content and Service Material: All Content provided by our Service is intended for your personal and non-commercial use. The Content, including Distinguishable Content as described in Tanizzle Legalese, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, database rights, sui generis rights, and other intellectual or proprietary rights, in accordance with U.K. and international laws. Your use of any information or materials on our Site is entirely at your own risk.
Restrictions on Use: You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display (including framing and inline linking), communicate to the public, or in any way exploit any of the Content or the Services, including Software, in whole or in part. All Distinguishable Content is either owned or controlled by us or credited to the respective third-party creators or owners of the Content.

License Grant: You grant us a perpetual, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license for User Generated Content. This license includes, without limitation, the right for us, third parties, and users to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display online or offline, publicly perform, reproduce, communicate to the public, store, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify, and adapt; stream, download, and broadcast any User Generated Content you post on or send to our Services, including Offsite Member Assets. You acknowledge that users and third parties may use User Generated Content, subject to our Terms and Policy.
Monitoring and Editing: We reserve the right, though we are not obligated, to monitor and edit all User Generated Content. We may delete, move, or edit User Generated Content that we, in our sole discretion, deem abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, in violation of our Terms, or otherwise unacceptable.
Misrepresentation and Malicious Content: You must not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or status. Knowingly providing misleading information with the intent to defraud is prohibited. You shall not upload, distribute, or publish any data, spyware, malware, viruses, malicious software, or files to our Service. The use of automated means to upload, distribute, or publish any User Generated Content to our Services, as well as spamming discussions with repetitive messages or posts, is strictly prohibited.
Respectful Conduct: Please be respectful when uploading or posting User Generated Content and encourage meaningful debates without resorting to threats or verbal abuse directed at other users. Our Stance on Censorship: At Tanizzle, we do not condone censorship or endorse organizations that aim to restrict speech under the guise of "political correctness." However, we do not tolerate discriminatory behavior or hate speech.
Use of Public Data: Occasionally, we may utilize Unapproved User Generated Content, also referred to as "Public Data," found online without explicit consent from its creators, provided it is publicly available. Public Data can encompass images, videos, files, and text. It's important to note that we do not claim ownership of Public Data. We share it in accordance with Section 107 of the Copyright Act, commonly known as "fair use." Fair use allows for the unlicensed use of copyrighted materials for purposes such as commentary, criticism, teaching, news reporting, and any other legal provisions that safeguard press freedoms.
Our Use of Unapproved User Generated Content: As Tanizzle continues to grow, we may employ Unapproved User Generated Content in our content shared on Offsite Member Assets. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept that Tanizzle may use your Content under the fair use doctrine.
Opt-Out Option: We respect your preferences regarding the association of your Content with Tanizzle. Visitors who do not wish their Content to be linked with Tanizzle can always contact us to request removal. However, please be aware that such a request may have consequences. If your Content is related to Unapproved User Generated Content, Tanizzle will promptly remove it in accordance with the claimant's rights ("DCMA client").
Fair Use and Content Publication: In most cases, Tanizzle uses Unapproved User Generated Content to enhance the quality of our content. If you find our Content, including Distinguishable Content, to be offensive or inappropriate and it is associated with you, please understand that Tanizzle reserves the right to assert fair use. We will continue to publish material freely after conducting an internal investigation, without any specific time limitations, as long as it is deemed appropriate under fair use.
Links to Third-Party Resources (Network Assets): Like many online services, Tanizzle includes links to third-party resources, which we refer to as "Network Assets." These Network Assets are neither owned nor operated by us, and we do not have control over the content typically shared on them. Tanizzle assumes no responsibility for Network Assets, including any potential adverse consequences.
No Warranty for Third-Party Content: You acknowledge that we do not warrant the offerings of any third-party Content. Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss that may arise or be alleged to have arisen due to the use of or reliance on such Content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party or Networks, including Network Assets.
Your Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly review the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policies, of any Offsite Member Asset that you may interact with.
Contacting Us: You can reach out to us for general inquiries, feedback, legal matters, data protection concerns, and advertising inquiries through our contact form. Upon sending your message, you may receive an email confirming the receipt of your message. However, please note that receiving an automatic response from us does not signify that we have individually reviewed the contents of your message. In other words, a human may not have read your email upon receipt of our automated response.
Communication via Tanizzle Offsite Assets or Networks: Users who contact us via Tanizzle Offsite Assets or Networks such as Twitter are bound by these Terms. It's important to understand that you may not necessarily receive an email response from us regarding your communication, and we are not obligated to provide explanations for our responses or lack thereof.
Personal Messages ("Off Duty Matters"): Sending personal messages, including matters related to family, relationships, and other off-duty topics involving Tanizzle employees or the digital assistants built on machine learning and/or artificial intelligence (referred to as the "Squad"), will not be permitted. Tanizzle strictly prohibits abusive, insulting, or threatening behavior toward the Squad. We reserve the right to terminate your use of Tanizzle and other entities owned and controlled by us if such behavior is identified.
Opting In and Out of Notifications: Subscribers have the option to opt in and out of notifications and communications through the Notifications panel in Account Settings.
Consent and Data Usage: By initiating contact with us or subscribing to our services, you accept and consent to the use of your Gold and Public Data in accordance with our Policy. This Policy applies to all visitors, including Friends, Subscribers, and users experiencing Tanizzle. If you do not wish for us to process your Gold, you do not have permission to contact us on Tanizzle or any other Offsite Member Asset, such as Facebook Messenger. Please inform us of your preference, and we will initiate the process of removing your Gold.
Participation Requirements: Before users can engage in Tanizzle Competitions ("TaniComps"), they are required to provide their Gold for participation. The specific personal information required may vary depending on the TaniComps, which are opportunities provided by Tanizzle and often necessitate having a Tanizzle Account. Consent to participate is implicit if a Friend has a Tanizzle Account.
Visitors Without Tanizzle Accounts: For general visitors who do not possess Tanizzle Accounts but wish to take part in TaniComps, you agree and consent to the processing of your Gold by us and Offsite Member Assets in accordance with this Policy. Additionally, you accept that your Gold may be processed by entities such as hosting companies, advertisers, and analytics providers, among others, as listed in the Tanizzle Control Centre, Terms, or Policy.
Data Retention: It's important to note that some TaniComps may not be ongoing and could have varying durations. In order to track trends related to our competitions and to scrutinize users with potentially malicious intentions, such as attempts to manipulate our winner selection methods, we may retain your Gold even after you delete your Tanizzle Account or participate in any Tanizzle Competition.
Gold Retention for TaniComps Integrity: In cases where TaniComps do not necessitate a Tanizzle Account, and we continue to retain your Gold after you have requested its deletion, you acknowledge and accept that Tanizzle retains your Gold to ensure the integrity of TaniComps and for security reasons.
Tanizzle collaborates with various third-party entities and affiliates to generate income through commission-based arrangements, often involving the promotion or linking of their products and/or services. It's important to note that Tanizzle does not assume responsibility for the content found on external sites, Offsite Member Assets, or Network Assets. Tanizzle.com participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Additionally, Tanizzle may receive sponsorship from various other companies, and these companies will be duly listed in our Policy or the Tanizzle Control Centre ("TCC"), if cookies are required for such partnerships.

Exclusive Properties: Tanizzle, along with its sui generis and Distinguishable Content, functionality, and unique features, are the exclusive properties of OneFoxx and its licensors. Our trade dress and trademarks may not be used in association with any product, service, or promotional content that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship ("partnership") with us without obtaining prior written consent.
We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate or suspend any Tanizzle Account, and restrict your access to our Service, without prior notice or liability. This action may be taken for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including, but not limited to, a breach of our Terms. All provisions of our Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will continue to be in effect even after termination. These provisions include, but are not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Is it really a free and open Internet? At Tanizzle, we firmly believe that creative minds deserve access to publicly available influences to foster their creativity. You are allowed to use Distinguishable Content under the principles of fair use, and for minor purposes with or without providing credit. However, it is imperative that you do not claim Distinguishable Content as your own. Creating a Tanizzle Account: When you create a Tanizzle account using the standard method, without a third-party service like Facebook, we will collect certain information. This includes your first name and email address, which are essential for communication, as well as your password to ensure account security and integrity.
We also request your gender and location, although providing this information is optional. You can choose "Prefer not to say" or select from the other menu options. It is mandatory to provide your date of birth for content restrictions and to comply with relevant age-related laws.

Creating a Tanizzle Account with Facebook: When you choose to create a Tanizzle account using your Facebook credentials, we will obtain your basic public profile, which includes publicly available information and your Facebook ID.
You have the right to deny any permissions requested during this process. However, please note that depending on our systems at the time, a valid email address may be required to create a Tanizzle account. If a new user successfully registers without setting an email address, it's strongly recommended to establish a password (in addition to a Tanizzle Username) to secure your account and prevent potential loss of access.
Signing into Tanizzle: To sign into Tanizzle using the standard method, you will need to provide your username or email address and password.
Important: If you forget your password and no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, please note that account recovery may not be possible unless you have previously set a Tanizzle Username.
Signing into Tanizzle with Facebook: When you sign into Tanizzle using Facebook, no additional information is required because we already have the necessary details. If you click the "Sign in with Facebook" button, we'll assume you want to create a Tanizzle Account if you didn't have one already.
If you didn't intend to register with Tanizzle, you can visit User Settings after signing in and delete any traces under the Security tab to maintain your privacy.
